How to Activate eSIM

A step-by-step guide for iPhone and Android. Activation usually takes 2-5 minutes.

🍏 iPhone (iOS)

  1. After payment, open the email or screen with your eSIM QR code.
  2. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
  3. Tap Use QR Code and scan it.
  4. If QR is unavailable, choose Enter Details Manually and paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
  5. Set eSIM as your mobile data line.
  6. Enable Data Roaming for eSIM if your tariff requires it.

Important: before your trip, disable mobile data on your main SIM to avoid extra charges.

🤖 Android

  1. Save the eSIM QR code or open it on another screen.
  2. Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIM cards.
  3. Select Add eSIM or Download SIM.
  4. Scan the QR code and confirm profile installation.
  5. Enable mobile data for eSIM in network settings.
  6. Turn on Data Roaming if needed.

Menu names may vary by device model (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, and others).

After eSIM Installation

  • Restart your device if the network does not appear right away.
  • Check that eSIM is selected as the mobile data source.
  • Make sure APN settings are configured automatically.
  • Disable Wi-Fi and test internet via mobile network.

If internet does not work, try toggling airplane mode for 10-15 seconds.
