How to connect your eSIM

Follow the short setup instructions before the trip and switch to the travel tariff at the right moment.

🍏 iPhone

  1. Open Settings and go to Mobile Data.
  2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
  3. Scan the QR code from the email or enter the activation data manually.
  4. Confirm adding the new plan.
  5. Set the eSIM as the line for mobile data when needed.
  6. Turn on data roaming for the travel line after arrival if the instructions require it.

Do not delete the profile after installation. You may need it again if you reset the network settings.

🤖 Android

  1. Open Settings and go to Network & Internet or Connections.
  2. Open SIM Manager or Mobile Network.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Scan the QR code or enter the SM-DP+/activation details manually.
  5. Finish activation and allow the device to add the profile.
  6. Enable the eSIM for mobile data when you are ready to use it.

Menu names can differ by brand, but the logic is usually the same.

After installation

  • Check that the eSIM profile is added and enabled.
  • Read the provider notes about when to switch the line on.
  • Save the email with the QR code and activation details.
  • Before payment, make sure your device supports eSIM.

If something does not work, contact support and mention your device model and country.
