Online eSIM provides digital connectivity services. Because these are digital products that can be delivered and activated quickly, cancellation and refund rights are limited once the service has been issued, activated, or consumed.

When Refund Is Usually Not Available

  • If the eSIM or activation data has already been delivered to the customer and can be used.
  • If the package has been activated, installed, scanned, or partially or fully consumed.
  • If the issue is caused by an incompatible device that the customer did not verify before purchase.
  • If coverage, speed, or quality differs because of local operator conditions disclosed as variable.

When We May Review a Refund

  • If payment was made but the service was not delivered.
  • If the wrong product was issued due to our own confirmed error.
  • If a technical defect attributable to the service prevents use and the package was not activated or consumed.
  • If a refund is otherwise required by applicable law or an approved provider-side resolution.

How to Request Review

  • Contact support as soon as possible after the issue appears.
  • Provide the order reference, the email used for purchase, and a short description of the problem.
  • We may request screenshots, device model, activation status, or other evidence needed to investigate.
  • Refund requests are reviewed individually after checking service logs, provider data, and customer evidence.

Complaints and Chargebacks

  • Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
  • We may provide delivery records, activation status, correspondence, and provider confirmations to dispute unjustified chargebacks.
  • If a service is clearly marked as non-refundable after delivery or activation, that condition applies unless mandatory law states otherwise.
  • Submitting false claims may lead to refusal of future service.
